Ordering & Shipping

Where can I buy Homespun products?

Online: You can buy directly from our website. We offer free shipping over €59 throughout Ireland and the UK. Otherwise shipping is €4.95

In Store: If you want to buy our products in a store, have a look at our Stockists page for your closest retailer.

How long until I receive my online order?

We try our best to ensure your order arrives within 3-5 business days after you order. Delivery times will be affected by Public Holidays and weekends - if your order is placed after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be dispatched for shipment on the following business day (usually Monday except for public holidays). Look out for a tracking number from Homespun for more details of your orders' journey.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship throughout Ireland and the UK only.

Can I pay for my order in GBP?

All prices listed on our website are in EUR. Exchange rates are determined by your credit card company and the amount charged will be based on the exchange rate between EUR and GBP at the time of purchase.

What is your return / refund policy?

We are confident you’ll love our products but if you are unhappy and would like to request a refund or replacement please send an email to hello@homespun.ie with your name, order confirmation number and reason for the request, within 30 days of when you receive the product. Please also send us the best before / date stamp on the product. We may require proof of purchase if we can’t verify your order. If the product you received expires within 1 month, was damaged in transit, or is otherwise defective, we will replace it with a similar version of the product at no cost to you. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Is Homespun Quinoa Crunch gluten free?

Yes, our granolas are 100% gluten free and wheat free and are coeliac friendly.

Are your granolas vegan?

As our Pecan and Cranberry and our Gojiberry Cashew and Coconut granolas contain honey, they are not vegan. Our Cocoa, Cashew and Hazelnut granola is vegan friendly.

Is Quinoa Crunch organic and if not why not?

Our quinoa pops are 100% organic, sustainably sourced and non GMO. However due to availability and consistency of supply reasons, our products do not contain exclusively organic ingredients, so they cannot be declared organic.

Are your products allergen free?

Our granolas contains nuts and gluten free oats. Allergens are declared on bold on the product labels. Please refer to the ingredients / allergens section on each product page for more information on ingredients. Navigate to the product you’re interested in from the products page by clicking here.

Where are your granolas made?

Our granolas are hand crafted in Co Cork Ireland by our award winning manufacturing partners who operate to the highest level of certification and compliance in a BRC Grade AA gluten free facility.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our granolas have a shelf life of 7 months from date of production. You’ll find the Best Before date on the back of pack.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Since inception we have opted to pay more for our packaging to be as sustainable as possible where possible. Our granolas are packaged in cardboard cartons made from Forest Stewardship Council approved suppliers. Our inner bag is made from polypropylene, a type of thin plastic which may be recycled. We are currently investigating alternative options and are working with our manufacturers in this regard.

 

HOMESPUN CHICORY ROOT SYRUP

What is chicory root syrup?

Chicory Root Syrup is a low sugar, high fibre vegan alternative to honey. Entirely plant-based and natural, it contains very low sugar and is high in gut healthy prebiotic fibre. Low GI, it helps keep blood sugars low and is delicious on porridge, pancakes, toast, in baking, cooking and beverages. Chicory Root syrup is free from all allergens.
